Yes, learning from videos will be very effective. Our videos are developed in a way to provide you best learning experience. Also, ELearning is getting popular day by day as it’s more flexible. You can watch videos anywhere, anytime and any number of times.
How can I view the videos in full screen?
To view the videos in full screen, please double click on the video or click on the bottom-right full screen icon.
How my queries/doubts will be answered when watching videos?
You can email us at [email protected] and we will answer ASAP. You can also join our weekly support sessions to clarify your queries. We provide support for our members only.
Our videos are developed in a way that they are easy to understand and oriented for absolute beginners. Most of the queries asked by many students are already covered by videos.
Can I download the videos?
You won’t be able to download the videos. You can only watch the videos on our website.
How long can I access the videos?
Access to course videos and course content depends on your subscription period. If you have purchased 6 or 12 months subscription, you will get 6 or 12 months access to videos and course content. You can watch videos anywhere, anytime and any number of times. Most of our students purchase 12 months subscription and we also recommend that.
How do I watch free videos?
You can watch all our free videos on our youtube channel – https://www.youtube.com/user/ABSoftTrainingsLtd.
What all will I get along with videos?
You will get access to all the code and automation scripts developed in all chapters. You will also get access to interview questions, any documents and material covered in the course.

How do I make the payment?
We accept payments using PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal account or just pay with your debit card or credit card as a guest on PayPal payment page. It’s a very simple checkout process. We recommend paying with your PayPal account.

Yes, you can make the payment using Debit Card or Credit Card. You can easily pay with your debit card or credit card as a guest on PayPal payment page. If you make the payment with Debit Card or Credit Card on PayPal payment page, please make sure to click on “Return to ABSoft Trainings Ltd” link on payment confirmation page to go back to our website and to register for members area.
What happens after I make the payment?
After making the payment, you will be redirected to our website to register for members area. You can register and get instant access to members area. You can start watching any existing videos and you will also get access to any new videos as well.
After making the payment, If you are not redirected to our website to register for members area due to any issues, please be patience and we will send you an email to register in few hours.
What is your Refund Policy?
We have ZERO REFUND POLICY. After payment, you will get instant access to members area, videos and paid content. So, refunds are not entitled after payment for any reason.
Can I share my account with others or access members area from different locations or IP addresses?
No, please do not share your account details with others. Accessing members area from different locations or IP addresses will trigger an alert and may cause suspension or termination of user account with or without notice and explanation.
How can I upgrade/renew my subscription?
You can upgrade to a next level subscription by paying the differences between the original prices + $50 upgrade fee. After upgrade, your new subscription will be active for its full term.
We only allow renewals for 12 months subscriptions and at a very discounted price – 80% OFF. You can renew your 12 months subscription for a course by paying 20% of the subscription price.
